PERSONALITY:

By genetics, Ellette had inherited the calm brains, intelligence, sultry appearance and eidetic memory from her beloved mother, while usurping the dry humor, killer instincts and sophisticated nature of her father.

If there is one thing that can perfectly distinct Ellette from most people, it is her straightforward-ness and intensity.She can walk up to someone that she doesn't know and tell them that their trouser zippers are down, or if there is a roll of toilet paper stuck to their shoes with a straight face. If there was such a person that was within a 4 mile radius of her that feels that someone else is boring holes right through their head, it is understandable to assume that it is Ellette, because it is her, staring right past that person at something else.

Growing up in the family of Levesque, it was hard not to learn to be shrewd and perfectly aware of everything and everyone around you in detail. Because you'd never know who broke your piggybank and stole your money, or someone that had blown up the alley cat and blamed you for it if you didn't. She had learned to avoid any straight confrontation at all costs at home, and to not move a single hair out of line. Living in this brutal environment made her perfectly void of any sympathy she had for anyone, thus making her unable to comprehend other people's feelings. She has the emotional capacity of a rock but the sharp intelligence of a fox.Her family is a collection of misers, thieves and the half witted, with the exclusion of her siblings, parents and grandparents. She softens up into a marshmallow when she's around the people she cares about.

Her instincts are almost always on the mark, if not a bullseye. Although her luck is particularly lacking, unfortunately her luck shows up when something bad is about to happen. Being the paragon of luckless-ness , she is sometimes crowned the 'Black Cat', for always being the sad loser of card games and the like.

She is also an independent young woman, eschewing anyone that would try to help her, thinking of it as sympathy, unless in a dire situation. Ellette vehemently despises people that cling to her for everything, although she likes to help most people, but one too many favors might make her feel offended, as if you are calling on her like a servant.

Ellette is anything but subservient and submissive, she is a fierce fighter for control over her life and her decisions. Never force her to do anything when she has made a disagreement on, if you wish to see daylight again. She is inhumanly brave, she will fight to the ends of the earth for you, if you were important to her.

Family is very important to her, even though her measured value of family isn’t in blood relations or purity, but on trust, loyalty and bonding. Although she and Margaret seem to quarrel often, she would lash out on anyone viciously if that someone were to harm a single hair on that lovely girl’s head.

HISTORY:

Dominique Van Geerstat had known Elric Berenger Levesque ever since their rather awkward encounter on the steam strain during her first day to Hogwarts. The Danish young girl had been accidentally turned into a half-feline by a jinxing spell, casted by the very mischievous Levesque. Hitherto to being sorted to being in the same house — Gryffindor ——she had antagonized him ever since.Until the pompous boy had humbly and sincerely apologized to her, exactly after he received a howler the week before.

They began with a mutually placid acquaintanceship and slowly warmed up to each other. Dominique's best friend, a zealous chatterbox christened Kenzie, had detected dormant romantic feelings the two had for each other since 5th year. After countless encouragement and nagging at the two stubborn mules, Lysander and Selene had embarrassingly shared their first kiss during the Valentine's day of their 6th year.

Elric “Berry” Rosseau had calmly and firmly proposed to Selene during their career as Aurors at the Ministry of Magic in the middle of a duel . She shyly accepted after the battle and punched him on the shoulder for not being romantic enough, and demanded a more amorous setting. Because of the Levesque family's extraordinary wealth combined with the Van Geerstat's own, the couple had no problem in raising a small family of 5.

As the two parents were busy, they had almost little time for their second daughter, which they christened Ellette Heidi, while their eldest son Lyon was already attending Hogwarts. So they set her under the wing of her grandfather, Elric Levesque Sr.

In the dawn of Ellette’s childhood, she awas often bullied by the other children of the Levesque House. All children of the Levesque line were to be chosen by wands of their ancestors at age 9, if they were not chosen, they will have to buy their own in shame. By some miracle, the first matriarch’s wand had chosen her, without a doubt. Hence on, nobody dared to spit in her face, pour ice down her dress or put animal poo in her bag anymore.

It was a new dawn for Ellette, after 5 years in the Levesque House and rather frequent visits from her parents. She was allowed to go home, back to France, back to finally see her own parents and siblings and not the piggy faces of her cousins.

Her first friend was the neighbour, Enrik Koenig, who was a wiry young boy with a serious face. They were fighting over an apple in the neighbourhood park when they first met. She challenged him to a climbing contest, whoever was to reach the top first got the apple. Ellette won, but she cut it in half anyways.

Friendship turned to admiration, and her secret crush on Enrik has been going on strong ever since second year in Hogwarts.

It was hard not to be distracted by the cacophony of clanging silverware and lively conversing students that began to overflood the Great Hall. The Quidditch match earlier had erupted powerful reactions from everyone, especially a certain sore loser who was beating himself up over a game. Ellette was hardly surprised and moved at all, she had woke up with an exploding head and sour mood, she now had all the emotion of a weary 100-year old stone.

Enrik was covered in muck and dirt from the game and sat right opposite to Ellette, he looked like he won the first prize of a lottery but lost the ticket. She glanced at the boy occasionally with a sympathetic gaze, Ellette had zero-interest in sports, but she felt a little disappointed that Gryfindor lost.
She was about to say something when a blasted fool had bursted out a stupid remark out to every occupant that populated the space with a smug tone.

Sophie immediately noticed that Enrik's gloom and doom and begun to burn with anger and humiliation. It was one thing to upset Enrik, but it was almost idiotic to damage the person's ego. She silently prayed and snickered at the person whose fate would be so dire.

Enrik shot right up from his seat and shouted angrily to the crowd, Ellette mentally encouraged that behaviour although it got quite awkward when everybody was silent and Enrik was the only one standing, Ellette coughed lightly,” Well, you can sit down now.”
She heard him mutter a curse under his breath as he sat down, brooding again.

She patted his fist kindly, " It's going to be okay, we'll win the next game, 'kay?"
