HISTORY:

Adam Ace and Marie Fontaine met in the Ministry of Magic in England for the first time. Adam was the representative to France and Marie was his counterpart in the French Ministry. Love didn't blossom at first sight. In fact, they more or less hated each other when they first met. But given the time those two spent together, they soon admired each other. For the reason they clashed the first time was because they were so similar. It took a few more months before Adam asked her out on a date. Two more years before he proposed.

The couple had four children, three boys and a girl. They settled down in England, for that was where Adam's mother still lived. She could help take care of the children. Marie had gotten pregnant within their first year of marriage. She didn't have her children all within four or five years. She might have gone crazy if she had done so.

Lucien Marcel Ace was her third son and she named him after his maternal grandfather who died a few months before his birth.
