Vampires weren't always the supernatural creatures we always believed them to be. In-fact there was a time when all vampires were rogue and had no society of their own to set forth the rules. These were the times when the vampires as a whole ruled both the mortal realm and their own. Humans were subjected to the cruelest way of life, until the Levesque family rose to power amongst the vampires and a whole new system was created.

Humans were still, however considered vermin and were now kept as slaves or familiars, but because of the monarchy, rules were now loosely set in place for how to treat them. Needless to say, that the Vampires still racked up a high body count on the humans.

One day a male slave managed to escape his masters and went into hiding. It was when he discovered a cave that was the territory of wolves, that his life, and the lives of both the human and Vampiric race changed forever. The wolves discovered the male slave in their territory, and took no time in attacking him. However, instead of dying, something miraculous happened. The humans DNA mixed with the wolves and began to change his DNA structure. And on the next full moon, he went through his first and most painful and terrifying change into a lycan.

Over time, the male slowly began to control himself, whilst living with the pack of wolves that changed him. He resurfaced later on wanting revenge on the Vampires, believing that it was their fault for what he had become. He freed the rest of his family from slavery, by killing the vampires that owned them, then took them back to the wolves territory and vowed to keep them safe. This proved to be a difficult task when the effects of the next full moon started to effect him. And when it came, he unwillingly past on the lycanthorpy to his family when he became out of control. Several family members didn't survive the change, however the ones that did, became lycans such as himself.

News started to spread that deep in the forest lived the creatures that would save the humans from the vampires. And after many years of gathering and changing followers, the lycans had enough of an army to drive the vampires back to their own dimension. This sparked the war between the two species that would last until the end of time itself. Especially since the vampires lost their domain over the mortal realm and were cast back to their own dimension. And that is how the Lycans became the protectors of the humans. And now, they try and track down any vampire in the human realm and try to destroy them. But it isn't as easy as it sounds, as more vampires are taking residence in the human realm.


Back in the vampire realm, the vampires became rogue and violent once again because their hold on the mortal realm had been destroyed. The greedy Revedence family managed to claw their way up to the throne, gaining a reputation that would foreshadow their bloody deaths at the hands of the unknown.

Now, the fight for the throne has begun once again. Seven different vampire family covens believe that the throne is rightfully theirs, and have been chosen by the vampire council as suitable candidates.

So who will win the Bloody war between the Vampires and the Lycans?
