Zee sat down gracefully on the floor beneath her and stuck her feet out the railing. The crisp air that had yet to be touched by sweat, body odor, and the smoke from stoners, was the perfect way to calm the nerves. And Zee had more nerves than a basilisk trying to kill a muggle.

"Gah...if anything I want to strangle my sister! She is so annoying. Thinking she is more important than everyone else, better than everyone else. It's like, I'm just as important too!"

Zee's thoughts danced around Elizabeth as Bridgette described her feelings towards her sister. More than ever, she was reminded of how happy she was to be done with the family of Paines and not have to deal with girly, preppy, slutty, voice that belonged to her older sister. Her voiced matched that of a tone deaf, humpback whale. If she did not have boys doing her homework than she would have clearly been tested into a special ed that was not for geniuses. In fact she was not all that pretty either. She had that nose that looked like someone pinched it too tight in the womb, eyes that looked as plastic as a barbie doll's, teeth that really needed to be taken to an orthodontist, and a posture that screamed careless. The only reason boys were drawn to her was because, well she was certainly no image of The Virgin Mary.

"I sure don't want to hear it. I'm tired of always hearing about her. 'Kimberly this and Kimberly that' makes me sick. It's like she is the only one they ever thing about!"

"Just tell them off," Zee said carelessly as she looked out to Hogwarts' grounds. It never really did occur to her that a few kids out in the world actually did want to please their parents because they had a better sense of family than she did.

"I don't even want to think of what my parents would do if I were to run away or not do what they told me. It would be completely ugly picture."

"Look Andrews, parents aren't angels who know exactly what your life should be. They can have good intentions, or they can have selfish intentions. They aren't always right, nor are they always wrong. They're just as human as you are. And even if their intentions are good you have to make them listen when they're trying to force you to be a drone when you know you're meant for something else." She picked at her chipping nail polish, "Besides, if you ran away, how will they know where you ran off to?"
